When you submit an enquiry or complete an order, we may process the following. If a newsletter is introduced later, subscription information will be processed only after you actively subscribe:

Technical website data

To operate and secure the website and prevent abuse, hosting, logging or security services may record IP address, browser and device information, access time, requested paths and security events.

Saved prints in your browser

Saved-print information for visitors without an account may be stored in this browser's localStorage so that the saved state can be restored on that device. This data normally stays on the device until browser data is cleared; it is not a public user account or cross-device sync.

Payment information

MOTIF REVUE does not directly store complete credit-card details. A payment provider may process payment, billing, tax and fraud-prevention information under its own policies. You should also review the privacy notice presented by the provider used at checkout.

How information is used

• Process orders, digital delivery and download access
• Create, retain and verify licences
• Respond to enquiries, exclusive licensing and custom briefs
• Provide customer support and resolve issues
• Operate the site, audit security events and prevent fraud
• If a newsletter is introduced later, send it only after the visitor actively subscribes

Sale, sharing and retention

MOTIF REVUE does not sell personal data to advertisers. Data may be processed by bound service providers only where needed for hosting, payment, email, storage, security or professional services. Information is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution and essential records, with security measures proportionate to the site's scale and the nature of the data.
