What MOTIF REVUE sells

MOTIF REVUE sells digital fashion-print design products and contractual usage rights. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, a purchase does not include physical fabric, garments or any other physical goods.

• Digital TIFF, PNG and related files
• Commercial usage licences linked to the product
• Related colour, scale or technical files where listed

AI-assisted ideation and designer judgement

Some works may use AI-assisted ideation during the creative process. Published works are designer-curated and, where indicated, refined for repeat, colour and garment application.

Prices, payment and tax

When online purchasing opens, payment will be processed by a third-party Merchant of Record or Payment Provider. MOTIF REVUE does not directly store complete card details. The checkout confirmation controls the final amount, currency, applicable tax and payment terms.

Digital delivery

Files are released only after payment has succeeded and been confirmed by the server-side system. Download links may expire or have a download limit. You must not bypass access controls, guess access credentials or distribute protected files to unauthorised users.

Purchase and licence

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer the complete copyright. You receive contractual commercial usage rights defined by the applicable License Terms. The purchased licence record controls the permitted scope, production quantity, entity, territory and other restrictions.

Prohibited conduct

• Reselling or redistributing source files
• Uploading files to asset marketplaces, pattern libraries or public repositories
• Offering the files as a free public download
• Sublicensing to unrelated third parties or other brands
• Using the files to train or fine-tune AI models or in datasets
• Repackaging the work as a pattern library, generation template or competing digital asset
• Claiming exclusive rights without an agreed Exclusive License

Factories and production partners

A buyer may provide production files to a printer, textile mill, garment factory or other direct production partner solely for the licensed project. The buyer must ensure that each partner does not separately use, retain, resell or distribute the files and remains responsible for compliance in its supply chain.

Exclusive and custom work

Exclusive Licenses and Custom Development are not governed by ordinary automatic-purchase terms. Scope, price, delivery, revision rounds and rights are controlled by a separate written agreement or written confirmation.

Colour, sampling and production

Screen display, fabric base colour, fibre composition, printing equipment, inks and production processes may produce colour or scale differences. Buyers should approve a production sample before bulk manufacture. MOTIF REVUE is not responsible for losses caused by customer or factory error, incorrect colour profiles, incorrect scaling or untested production settings.
